What Is Reasonable Doubt?

Reasonable doubt is what the term defines: The doubt must be reasonable.

The government is not required to produce evidence that will exclude every possibility of innocence. It is only required to prove guilt with evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.

A reasonable doubt is a fair doubt, based upon reason and common sense.

Reasonable doubt can come from the evidence, the lack of evidence or conflict in the evidence.
