Does the Jury Find Out About My past?

No.

If you testify at your trial, yes...

but then the only thing they will hear is the number of felony convictions you have.

They will not be told what you were convicted of, only that you have been convicted and only if your convictions are for a felony, or any criminal charge that involves false swearing or dishonesty.
