Can I Speak to the “Victim”?

Yes.

The victim is a witness and has no special status beyond that. You have the right to confront your accusers under the Constitution.

Your attorney alone can contact the victim. It is almost always ordered that the accused have no contact with the victim during the pendency of the criminal matter. This is both for the protection of the victim and to prevent any new accusations or acts of violence.
